The proposed (1 Basements+Ground+4Podiums+43 Floors) Mixed use Tower is being developed by a Very Prominent offshore developer The Project is planned with a concept of ‘ Live, Work & Play ‘ which has a combination of a Residential Tower embedded with a Separate yet homogeneous office building combed with 2 Levels of commercial at the Ground & Mezzanine floors. The features of the facade is initially intended to be curtain wall the vision is to create a fusion of both Glass and Porcelain cladding The final is Design is still a work of progress under development by the Architects.
