DESCRIPTION

An Iconic Tower designed by REC, developed for a prominent Investor at Dubai Marina intersection. The tower consisting of a 5 Star hotel for Floors from Ground to 25 and the remaining into serviced hotel apartments to be managed by a reputed Hotel chain. The Being in the heart of Dubai Marina makes the investment lucrative the design that stands out as a beacon was meant to compete with the already exceptional structures around the vicinity. Our design approach was to create a contemporary, urban living environment, utilizing a common architectural language. We developed facades and rooftops, ascending towards the Sheikh Zayed Road and rear side to have full view of the Dubai Marina and the Arabian Sea, enhanced by variations in building massing, planning and facade design. The tower was inspired by the ever embracing Burj Al Arab embodying a unique character that is an integral part of the overall composition. Given its location at the “front door and first row of Dubai Marina, the Project was bound to be a landmark. The Project Concept was completed for the investor as a optional proposal and still is an active design that can be adopted by any potential client by Ridge.
