Designed by Turkey–based Core Engineering, with the architectural concept by Arch. Turgay, Sheraton Grand hotel boasts 363 hotel rooms spread over 24 stories with sweeping views of Dubai Marina and the Marina Beach and a feeling of integral connection to the water. A joint tower Hotel apartment tower that includes 428 Apartments spread over 43 Stories with breathtaking views of the Sheikh Zayed road, Emirates Golf club and Marina Walk. A key design component is the incorporation of green spaces and outdoor areas to reflect the vision of the vertical estate, which has a Commercial and Residential feel. The majority of the hotel’s many restaurants and bars draw on today’s growing appetite for outdoor living with alfresco terraces in the penthouse floors. The hotel will offer many dining options and will provide an array of exclusive privileges for its guests. The hotel is planned to complete by End of 2025.
