Industry Analyst Relations – Hannah Kirkman

Hannah Kirkman has more than 15 years of positively influencing industry analysts across multiple sectors and geographies. Hannah headed up the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) analyst relations programme for Avaya Inc., where she succeeded in repositioning the company with key European analysts as a leading player in both core and emerging markets.

Previously, Hannah lead the EMEA analyst programme for Lucent Technologies, moving the programme from last to first place in industry rankings according to the annual Kensington Group analyst programme benchmarking standard. Prior to Lucent, Hannah worked as a senior analyst for the Yankee Group Europe, where she was responsible for establishing and managing the company’s European research on e-commerce, outsourcing, customer care and billing.
